Network Systems
has always had a very low turnover of staff. This is
of course due to the way in which we treat staff within our company. The
staff ARE THE COMPANY and we hold each and EVERY member of the team in
high regard... they are all professionals or they would be working for some
of our
competitors.....
These people are all here to help you, if you have a
networking problem, a PC problem, a training or support problem or even
if you're not sure what the problem is, remember, you can trust that
Network
Systems team WILL help.
Some staff have been with the company since it's inception in
January 1989 and from actual hands on experience have become some of the best
qualified personnel that you are likely to meet. Because what we sell is very
specialised products and services certain staff are more expert than others
for a given product.
We have had
staff poached by Personnel Agencies
(yuk), and even had one recently go to
work at one of our customers (let's hope
he keeps his job - his addiction depends
on it) - so if you want to try and poach
staff - every member tells the MD and he
does not take kindly to it - you have
been warned!
